Bayhill – a landmark address.
Located in the heart of South Canterbury’s coastal township of Timaru, Bayhill offers stylish inner city apartments and the best address in Timaru – overlooking the pristine beaches of Caroline Bay with views across landscapes that can only be described as iconic kiwi.
Bayhill is being developed as three separate but linked buildings set around a new publicly accessible space, integrating with and emphasising the existing piazza and views over Caroline Bay. Its design is unashamedly stylish but acknowledges the former Hydro Grand’s corner and triangular shape while adding a modern slant to its central position, enhancing Timaru’s urban fabric.
Bayhill will truly offer the best of all worlds.
